Refund & Exchange
Bahrain:
- CREDIT NOTE or EXCHANGE will be offered to customers in possession of a valid receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unused & undamaged, within 7 days from date of purchase.
- Full REFUND will be given if the item has a defect or malfunction or was not in conformity with the specifications approved by law or the purpose which had been contracted for.
- *Due to Bahrain’s health and safety standards, there will be NO EXCHANGE for costumes, costume accessories & cosmetics, seasonal items and assembled items.
- Product assembly available for certain products.
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, & UAE:
- -NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE, except for if: the item has a defect or malfunction or was not in conformity with the specifications approved by law or the purpose which had been contracted & can only be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.
